Sizing

HEALA pieces are made to be worn for a long time, so finding the right size matters. Below is a guide for necklaces, rings, and bracelets — but if you're between sizes or unsure, just write to me.

Necklaces

If you have doubts about choosing your necklace length, the guide below can help you find the right fit.

40 cm — The Choker Falls right at the collarbone.
45 cm — The Classic Sits a little looser — visible over the collar of a t-shirt.
50 cm — The Long A statement length, sits below the bust line.

Rings

I measure my rings by their circumference in mm — which is also the European size. All rings are stretchy and flexible thanks to the elastic thread, so they adapt easily to your finger and are simple to gift, even without knowing the exact size.

49–51 — The Classic Recommended. Fits most fingers comfortably on the index, middle, or ring finger.
52–54 — The Grand A larger fit — most often worn on the thumb, or on the index, middle, or ring finger of a larger hand.

Find your perfect ring size

Option 1 — Measure your finger

All you need is a pen, a strip of paper, and a ruler. Cut a 10 cm long, narrow strip of paper. Wrap it around the finger you want to wear the ring on, then mark where the paper overlaps. Measure the marked length with the ruler. The result in millimeters is your ring size — for example, a length of 5.4 cm corresponds to a ring size of 54.

Option 2 — Measure an existing ring

Find a ring you already wear and measure its inner diameter in millimeters. Multiply that number by 3.14 — the result is the circumference, which corresponds to your ring size.

Bracelets

HEALA bracelets come in two stone scales. The size of the stone changes how the piece feels on the wrist — pick what you're drawn to first, then size for fit.

10–12 mm — Tondo A more substantial piece. Most people choose this for a confident, weighted feeling on the wrist. Layers well with thinner styles.
6 mm — Forza A more delicate piece. Quieter, easy to stack, and easy to wear daily without thinking about it.

Find your size

Measure the circumference of your wrist with a flexible tape — or with a strip of paper, like the ring method. Both Tondo and Forza come in the same three sizes.

Care & cleaning

Each gemstone is natural, and the silver and gold are real. Treat them gently and they'll last for years.

When to remove

Take off your jewelry before bathing, showering, or swimming.

Avoid contact with lotions, perfumes, and other beauty products. This is especially important for pieces with matte stones or matte pearls — greasy liquids can change their surface and remove the matte finish.

Clasp care

The clasps are made from stainless steel — silver-toned or gold-plated. Stainless doesn't tarnish, which is one of the reasons I chose it.

Over time, residue from skin, lotions, or perfumes can dull the surface. A soft polishing cloth or a gentle wipe with a damp cloth restores the shine in seconds.

Storage

Store each piece in the small cotton bag it arrived in. This keeps the stones from scratching each other and protects against the air and light that cause tarnishing.

Keep your bag somewhere dry — a drawer rather than a bathroom shelf.

Shipping & returns

Most pieces are made to order in Zürich, dispatched within 1–4 working days. Here's what to expect, and how returns work.

When it arrives

Switzerland. Free shipping on orders over CHF 70. Dispatch within 1–4 working days; delivery in 5–7 working days total.

European Union. Free shipping on orders over CHF 70. Delivery in 7–14 working days. Customs and duties are not included.

Custom and handmade pieces may take an extra 4–7 days to prepare.

Express delivery is available on request — just write to me with your order number.

Payment

You can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, or Twint.

Packaging

Every order ships in a paper-padded bag made from 100% recycled paper — fully recyclable, plastic-free, with shredded recycled paper for cushioning. No cardboard, no waste.

Inside, your piece arrives in a small burlap pouch, biodegradable and built to last. The HEALA logo is hand-stamped onto each one.

Returns & exchanges

14-day window. If a piece doesn't meet your expectations, has a defect, or doesn't match your order, please write to me within 14 days. Returns are only possible by prior arrangement.

Conditions. Pieces must be unworn and in their original packaging. Once received and checked, I'll arrange a refund of the purchase price (minus shipping costs, which are non-refundable).

Exchanges. Want a different stone, length, or size? Email me within 14 days. Once we've confirmed the exchange, you can send the piece back at your own expense.

Customised pieces can't be returned or exchanged, since they're made just for you.

Returns are at the expense and risk of the buyer. Pieces remain your responsibility until they reach me.

Common questions

Are the gemstones natural?

Yes — every stone is natural and hand-selected. I work directly with suppliers I trust, and each batch is reviewed before it's used. Some stones may show small natural inclusions, which I see as part of their character rather than flaws.
What metals do you use?

Clasps are stainless steel — silver-toned or gold-plated. Stainless is hypoallergenic, doesn't tarnish, and stays clean with everyday wear. The elastic thread used in some pieces is medical-grade and built to last.
How long does it take to make a piece?

In Switzerland, most pieces dispatch within 1–4 working days and arrive in 5–7 working days total. Within the EU, delivery takes 7–14 working days. Custom and handmade pieces may take 4–7 days longer.
Can I request a custom piece?

Yes — and I love when people do. Email me at hello@heala-gems.com with what you have in mind: a stone, a length, an intention, an idea. We'll go from there.
Will my piece tarnish?

No — the stainless steel clasps don't tarnish, which is one of the reasons I chose them. Over time the surface can dull from contact with skin or lotions, but a soft polishing cloth (which I include with every order) restores the shine in seconds.
