Returns and Refunds

Unfortunately, it can happen that a product does not meet your expectations, has a defect or a delivery does not match the order. In this case, please contact us within 14 days using the contact form. Orders can only be returned by prior arrangement.

Please note that returns are only possible for unworn products in their original packaging. Customised items are excluded from returns.

Returns are at the expense and risk of the buyer. In the event of a return, the products remain the responsibility of the buyer until they have reached us.

As soon as we receive a return, we will check the product. If everything is in original condition, we will arrange a refund of the purchase price (minus the shipping costs, which are non-refundable). We ask for your patience.

Exchange

Items can also be exchanged. If you would like to exchange your item, please send us an enquiry within 14 days using the contact form. As soon as we confirm the exchange, you can return the item to us at your own expense. You will receive all information about the return by e-mail.
